Fight Fit specializes in helping course participants reach their fitness goals through fun and challenging boxing courses. We offer boxing courses at 3 different levels:

 

  1. Fight Fit Beginners

  2. Fight Fit Intermediate 

  3. Fight Fit Advanced

 

Fight Fit Beginners

The Fight Fit Beginners Courses are perfect for those who are attracted to fitness and would like to opt for something different than the odd aerobic class. If you would like to take on a new challenge in your life, learn how to box for its fitness benefits as well as self-defence and experience authentic boxing training without sparring then this is the course for you.

Fight Fit Intermediate

This 6 week course is especially for those who already have some experience in boxing and want to take their skills to another level.

Fight Fit Advanced

This course is designed for those who want to learn highly advanced, more professional boxing technique and punch combinations.

All our courses boost self-confidence; teach basics in self-defence and help individuals strive to attain personal fitness goals.

Participant Preparation Instructions
